Centered on my expert and individual experiences relating to Personal Growth and Development I found that there are a number of issues everybody faces at one point or another. Becoming alert to and acquiring the life span skill to handle them makes a difference that is huge the quality of your day-to-day life. Having life that is certain and knowing when you should reach for one can be contrasted to knowing that the brush is employed to completely clean your teeth.

If you would like to become more selective everything you say ‘yes’ to means learning how to state ‘no’. By choosing to behave differently, together with repetition and repetition, the brain will rewire itself – neuroscience has proven this. For a more balanced and therefore higher quality of life it is worth considering which life skills your ‘tool kit’ requirements upgrading or acquiring. Additionally, know that maintenance is of the utmost value – simply you never have to take another one because you took one bath does not mean!
In my mentoring practice I enjoy look after the ‘housekeeping’ before my customer and I concentrate on achieving the target they found coaching for. By ‘housekeeping’ I mean learning if specific skills happen to be in place, need exploring, upgrading or acquiring. To name a few:
Saying ‘No’
Enabling yourself to take some ‘me time’
Or focusing on how to schedule time to think far from technology
Having a grip on time management
Understanding what to do in a stressful moment
Being comfortable with asking for assistance
Comfortable to communicate
Knowing your Core Values Knowing that noticeable change involves practice and repetition! With time the mind rewires itself (you get rid of the ‘virus into the software)
Updating your/ that is social interpersonal
Improving your Self-Esteem / Self-Confidence
Etc.
In coaching once the basic life skills have been in place and being maintained we move ahead to concentrate on the goal and continue.
BALANCE – A Practical Handbook for Life’s Difficult Moments could be the result of wanting everybody to learn these skills without always being forced to work with a coach, or as my customers tell me personally ‘they reference the book when they need a ‘top up’.
